3.Is your car new or used?

   Our cars are brand-new with 0 mileage. To comply with China's export policies, we act as your dedicated China export license handler. We register the vehicle locally, return the license, and export it directly to you. We provide all necessary vehicle customs clearance documents to ensure a smooth import process.

4.What are your terms of payment?

   We accept 30% as a deposit and the 70% balance before delivery. During the process, we provide transparent FOB pricing calculated on actual vehicle discount rates, plus exact shipping, export license, and inspection fees-no hidden markups.

5.How to guarantee my order after placing an order?

   We provide real-time tracking, including pictures and videos of the vehicle during inspection, loading, and shipping. You will have full visibility of the cargo location until you receive it, backed by our dedicated customer service team.
